| I was the Germans (the nearly transparent white). Spawning in the 9th century, I quickly created the Holy Roman Empire, taking Italy, as well as settling my core cities. Shortly after, France declared on me, though I took care of them swiftly. Halfway through that war, I invaded Russia, and destroyed them as well.
Controlling a good chunk of Europe, I was able to discover the Americas, conquer the natives, and settle most of modern day USA.
After a short era of Pax Germania, I decided to declare war again - this time on America and their ally, Japan. After taking both (and I had come into control of Scandinavia earlier), I had fulfilled the population requirement, yet still needed more land.
I gained a few vassals (India and Persia, I think), and then fixed my eyes on every unseized land tile.
At this point, stability was killing me, with my massive empire threatening to collapse. I sent my settlers out, wave after wave, and colonized Siberia, the rest of the Americas, parts of Africa, and Australia.
And thus it was. The German dominated the world. |
