This is the 3.0.9.9551 to 3.1.0.9767 patch for World of Warcraft (US), World of Warcraft : The Burning Crusade (US), and World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King (US). This patch includes lots of Class balancing changes. Talent points have been refunded to all players due to the many talent changes.
