If you are looking for scrim then edit your xfire msg with. 4v4 <map> <server> pm. This will make it really easy to find a quick scrim.

Xfire = Dumb.
If you create a group with unlimited slots then it will not show up friends on the list. I totally missed this setting and we had to make a new one. Since xfire will not let you change this setting. So as you may know the new one is aa3scrimfinder.
